Dr. Zachary received her doctorate in adult and continuing education from Columbia University. She holds a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University and a Master of Science degree in education from Southern Illinois University.


She is a founding member and past chair of the Phoenix Athena PowerLink™ Governing Board that helps women-owned business owners develop themselves while expanding the profitably of their businesses through the use of mentoring advisory panels.
